I've been an industrial technologies and site manager by trade for the past two decades. Covering everything from plant management and equipment engineering and/or troubleshooting. To managing daily employee issues ranging from daily management to interviewing and exit interviews.
I think I've seen it all at this point. And after managing several businesses it's pretty hard to shock me anymore.
I've also been into music and computer graphics as a hobby for most of my life.
